A number of Red Bull employees are looking for new teams to work in F1. Zak Brown has already confirmed that numerous CVs have arrived at the team and now, Toto Wolff has also stated that Mercedes has received proposals from several professionals.

The situation of the Austrian multi-time champion has been complicated in 2024. Despite Max Verstappen dominating the championship, the internal situation is not easy and began due to the investigation that Christian Horner underwent at the beginning of the year following a report of inappropriate behavior against a factory employee .

As a result, big names are starting to leave the team, starting with Adrian Newey. Having been with the team since 2006, the designer chose to follow a different path from 2025 and, according to paddock rumors, he would be heading to Ferrari to work with Lewis Hamilton.

Other Red Bull names are also being rumored to be looking for new teams, but regarding the team’s disbandment, Wolff reinforced that he does not want to get involved. “I mean, it goes through all the levers, but I would say it’s nothing extraordinary. People change teams and want to change the environment. So I’ve gotten to the point where I’m not really interested in what’s going on, I’m not listening to anything anymore.”

“I think it’s important that we look at our team and see, develop strong people and hopefully bring some interesting and competent people from other teams to Mercedes, providing an exciting journey to recovery. Adrian is a sports icon and I think he said he still doesn’t know what to do and I don’t know what influence that has on us,” he concluded.
