The surfer Peter Scooby teamed up with Lucas Chumbo and other athletes to help rescue victims of the rains in Rio Grande do Sul. Celebrities are using jet skis, speedboats and boats in the most affected areas.

“Sad to see all this, but with a lighter heart to be here and to be able to do my part. Help Rio Grande do Sul, there are some ways to collaborate, do your part as much as possible”said the ex-BBB, when publishing a video of the rescues.
The gesture of Pedro Scooby and his friends moved internet users on social media. “You were incredible, thanks for dedicating yourself to rescuing people”, said one. “Thank you very much. May God bless your lives“, thanked another person. “Pride“, declared the third.
It is worth remembering that, to date, the heavy rains affecting the state have already caused 83 deaths.
