The F1 team, Visa Cash App RB, in partnership with Randstad, is launching the tenth edition of the ‘Formula Future’ program to train new engineers. The initiative seeks young talents from all over the world to work in the category.

The objective is to select 23 students or recent graduates to start careers in Formula 1. “This is an excellent opportunity for young people passionate about motorsport to turn their passion into a real job,” said Fabio Costantini, CEO of Randstad HR Solutions.

During the training, those selected will have the chance to work directly with experienced RB engineers. In addition to practical experience, participants will also have theoretical classes at the team’s headquarters, located in Faenza, Italy.

“We believe that success depends on two main factors: our people and the company’s culture,” said Otello Valenti, Human Resources Director at RB. “Our goal is to give wings to young talents to put their ideas into practice, creating a high-performance environment with collaboration between young people and experienced professionals”, he concluded.
