Fabio
The athlete with the most games in the club’s history, Fábio wore the Celeste shirt in 976 matches. The goalkeeper spent 17 seasons with Cruzeiro and became one of the biggest idols. He conquered 13 titles between 2000 and 2021, when he was released following the arrival of SAF Ronaldo.
Fábio was champion of the Copa do Brasil 2000, 2017 and 2018, Campeonato Mineiro 2006, 2008, 2009, 2011, 2014, 2018 and 2019, Campeonato Internacional de Verano 2009 and Campeonato Brasileiro: 2013 and 2014. Now, he is at Fluminense.
Dida
With 306 matches for Cruzeiro, the goalkeeper Dida played with the celestial shirt between 1994 and 1998, winning nine titles: Campeonato Mineiro 1994, 1996, 1997 and 1998, Copa Master da Supercopa 1995, Copa Ouro 1995, Copa do Brasil 1996, Copa Libertadores 1997 and Recopa Sul-Americana 1998.
Goalkeeper for the Brazilian national team, Dida played in three editions of the World Cup (1998, 2002 and 2006). The first World Cup was when he was still at Cruzeiro and was one of Raposa’s main highlights.
Raul Plassmann
Creator of Cruzeiro’s famous yellow shirt, the goalkeeper Raul Plassmann made history for the club between 1965 and 1978. There were 557 games for the club and 11 titles won: Minas Gerais, Brazilian and Libertadores Championships.
In 2011, Raul returned to the club and began working behind the scenes, remaining until January 2020 as an ambassador for the marketing department. He was fired after Cruzeiro fell to Série B of the Brasileirão.
