Grupo Cidade de Comunicação announced that, starting in May, it will have a new brand in Jericoacoara (CE). This is the future Vintage FM 91.7 from Jijoca de Jericoacoara (CE), an “Oldies” radio format, that is, focused on hits that were successful in different phases of music. The expectation of the Ceará communication group is that the broadcaster will start its schedule from May.
According to information from the gcmais portal, Vintage FM will have a special program made up of music from the 1930s to 2000. In addition, the communication group’s website also outlined part of the programming for the new Ceará broadcaster.
According to gcmais, Vintage FM will broadcast a schedule with music from certain eras at specific times. For example, music from the 1930s will be on the program from 3 pm onwards. The following decade will have its musical rhythms starting at 4 pm. Rock and roll, blues and country rhythms will be presented at 5 pm.
From 6pm onwards, listeners will have a playlist of songs from the 60s. From 7pm onwards, it’s time for rhythms such as soul, funk and punk rock, as well as songs from the disco era. Then, Vintage FM continues with the 1980s and, at 9 pm, grunge, hip hop and pop.
The station will replace the current Clube FM, part of Rede Clube FM Brasil, which is on air since May 2022. The channel was also an affiliate of Jovem Pan FM.

The Cidade de Comunicações Group is one of the largest communications conglomerates in Ceará and also has the radio stations Atlântico Sul FM 105.7, Cidade FM 99.1, Jovem Pan FM 94.7, 89 FM 89.9, Jovem Pan News FM 92.9 and Cidade AM 860 in Fortaleza (CE).
