“The composition work on the album wasn’t flowing as we would have liked. Then, ‘Camila’ came out. We were in the studio and our producer, who was a record executive, had to leave the studio all the time to do other things. The studio technician also let us us to not pressure. There’s a mistake in Portuguese!’. Who cares? for a mistake like that? They picked on us by calling us stupid. One verse said ‘And see him come back’ and it had to be ‘See him come back’, understand? For example, Arnaldo Antunes and Marcelo Nova spoke badly about us. They said that the radio stations were playing this version of David Bowie’s song and that was a sign that the radio stations were bad.”
