The 1st edition of Manchester Rock Fest takes place on Sunday (28), with free performances at the Teotônio Vilela Municipal Theater Arena Theater (TMTV). Shows start at 1:30 pm. It is carried out by the Department of Culture (Secult), with the support of the Municipal Council for Cultural Policy (CMPC) of Sorocaba.
The festival takes place in partnership with the band The RoadRunners, who will sponsor the event. The objective is to give space to new groups and artists from different aspects of rock in the city. The presentation will be performed by the band’s vocalist, Luiz Pádua, with the special participation of Sorocaba singer Teresa Badini.
The performances begin with The RoadRunners, followed by the bands Masskill, Fire Bones and the artist Rapho. To complement the afternoon of shows, the public will also have stalls selling food and drinks.
