While fans of ‘Chucky‘ wait for the return of the third season of the series with its last four episodes, the creator of the franchise, Don Manciniis already thinking about the future.
In an interview with the Scream Dreams Podcast, Mancini confirmed that he is in the early stages of developing a new film from Killer toy.
“Like anyone in this business, I want to do more things. I mean, at this point, if it’s just about Chucky, I’m totally fine with that. I have other things I want to do. I’m working on a new pilot and I’m also in the early stages of working on a new Chucky movie. At this point, my goal is to just keep working, whatever makes me work, I’m very happy.”, he stated.
After ‘Fast and furious‘ took the franchise to space, Tom Cruise also announced that he is planning to shoot a film outside Earth’s orbit.
And it seems that fashion is catching on in Hollywood.
In an interview with Screen Ranthe had already said that he has plans to take the character into space.
“Everyone is asking me this question! So my question is, ‘Do you want him to go to space?’ Honestly, do you want him to go? If there’s enough demand for it, eventually – I don’t know how quickly – I’ll have an idea for it.”
Remembering that the series ‘Chucky‘ will return with its final episodes of the third season in 2024.
