Civil Police seize clandestine camera installed on a pole in the extreme south of Bahia | Bahia

The Civil Police seized, this Friday (26), a camera clandestinely installed on a pole, in the Itapuã neighborhood, in Eunápolis, in the extreme south of the state.

According to information from the city’s Civil Police, the agents were searching for drug dealers operating in the area and found a camera that followed the movement of police officers on Rua Irmã Dulce.

According to the PC, the material would have been placed by criminals to monitor police action in the region, in addition to rival criminal groups that fight among themselves over territorial disputes. There is no information about who placed the equipment.

The seized camera was taken to the police station, where it must undergo forensic examination. Until the last update of this report, no one had been arrested.
