Procon/MS offers itinerant service in Campo Grande this Saturday

This Saturday (27), the population of Campo Grande will have the opportunity to access essential Procon/MS services, thanks to the itinerant project ‘Procon na Rua’. The action will be part of the ‘UEMS na Comunidade’ event, organized at the Jardim Tarumã Community Center. The service will begin at 1pm, with the Procon van parked at Rua Acaia, number 900.

In addition to the Procon/MS services, the UEMS action will also include several other public services available to the local community. For those who wish to register a complaint, it is necessary to present an official document with a photo, such as an identity card or driver’s license, proof of recent residence or a self-written declaration, and proof of the consumer relationship, such as contracts or receipts.

The procedures for service follow the regulations of State Decree 15,647/2021 and Resolution Setas 127/2013, which are also applied to electronic services via the Procon/MS website and in physical units located at Rua 13 de Junho, nº 930, in the Center , as well as in the Fácil Aero Rancho, Bosque dos Ipês and Cijus (Integrated Justice Center) units.
