Pedro Scooby, 35 years old, helped rescue more than 20 dogs that were stranded due to the floods that dominated several regions of Rio Grande do Sul. In a video published this Tuesday (7) on social media, the surfer appears with one of the rescued animals in your lap.
“We ended the day with a rescue of more than 20 doggos that were being watched! This one gave me so much love”, wrote Scooby when sharing the video. “He adopted me,” added the former BBB, while petting the dog.
Earlier, the surfer gave some details of how this rescue went: “We found a gym, there were more than 20 dogs. Man, we managed to take them all. All of them. It was really animal.” Scooby and the other volunteers used a jetski to remove the stranded animals from the area.
The ex-BBB also said that many people don’t want to leave their homes and stay on the upper floors. “There’s a house that we went to try to rescue yesterday and the guy didn’t want to leave the house,” he said. “We discovered that the guy had a pregnant wife and the [Lucas Chumbo] convinced him. It was psychological work and we did it.”
