The Bank of the State of Espírito Santo (Banestes) inaugurated, this Monday (06), the new facilities of the Service Point (PA) of the Legislative Assembly of Espírito Santo (Ales), in Vitória. The unit follows the standard adopted by the bank, with more modern, functional and connected environments. The unit operates on the ground floor of the Legislative Assembly, located at Avenida Américo Buaiz, nº 205, in the Enseada do Suá neighborhood.
The space was redesigned and became larger: from 87 square meters it increased to 135 square meters. The area reserved for public service has a station for management assistance and a cashier. The new space has a main hall, which has gained a lounge to make the waiting environment more welcoming and modern. The self-service room now has two pieces of equipment.
“Banestes values excellent service for the population of Espírito Santo. The new PA Legislative Assembly, which represents the House of the people of Espírito Santo, is the 23rd that our administration delivers in the new standard, more modern and convenient for our customers. We continue to invest in improving our units across the state. We are together with the people of Espírito Santo and I thank Casa for the support and encouragement so that we could deliver this new space”, stated the CEO of Banestes, José Amarildo Casagrande.
The president of the Legislative Assembly, deputy Marcelo Santos, also participated in the ceremony. “This inauguration will provide more comfort and practicality for both Ales employees and the general public. Having this Banestes post in the Assembly strengthens our commitment to transforming Ales into a true citizen house, which not only receives and dialogues with the citizens of Espírito Santo, but also offers essential services, such as issuing identity, Procon, among others”, declared.
The unit has the accessible facilities of the Legislative Assembly building, both for access and use of the toilets located in the public space of the House of Laws. Also, it has a tactile orientation floor for people with low vision. The finishes, lighting and furniture follow the standards used in other branches of the bank.
