Described by the company as the only project in Bahia with its own marina, the condominium is located on the Maraú Peninsula, in the south of Bahia. Once again present at the Rio nautical show, Kiaroa came to Rio to attract those interested in living or investing in this place — and it succeeded.

In an interview with NÁUTICA during the Rio Boat Show 2024, Fernando Brulotti, real estate agent, highlighted the advantages of Kiaroa Residence & Marina. In addition to staying in a place known for its exuberant natural beauty, he spoke about other qualities of the project.

For the nautical public, the highlight of Kiaroa is the sailing club marina of the condominium, which includes a private pier with 40 spaces for boats. Located between the Atlantic Ocean and Camamu Bay — the third largest in Brazil —, the place also has a 700m² swimming pool and beautiful views of the sea.

For nature lovers, a huge positive point for the Maraú Peninsula is the fact that it is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest — there are more than 60 thousand m² of preserved area, out of the 180 thousand m² of total area it has. Furthermore, the region has riversmangroves, waterfalls and lagoons.

It is worth noting, however, that the project is still a subdivision, but “it will be delivered with all the infrastructure”, according to Fernando Brulotti. Kiaroa will have a helipad, beach volleyball and beach tennis courts, gym, restaurant, rooftop and many natural wonders.

Speaking of Bahia, the Rio Boat Show also had the participation of the Secretariat of Tourism of the State of Bahia (SETUR), which invited the public to discover nautical destinations of the region through Virtual Reality, in addition to displaying a stand full of color and joy.
