The Brazilian Association of the Hotel Industry of Rio Grande do Norte (ABIH-RN), engages in the humanitarian campaign promoted by ABIH Nacional, to help the victims of the flood disaster in Rio Grande do Sul.
The heavy rains that hit the state of Rio Grande do Sul in recent days caused floods, landslides and other damage, leaving thousands of people homeless and in need of immediate support. Faced with this scenario, the City of Gramado/RS requested the support of ABIH to mobilize assistance for the population that has suffered from this entire tragedy.
“In light of everything that is happening in Rio Grande do Sul, we are united to help those who have lost everything and to strengthen this chain of solidarity, we would like to call on the entire hotel community and society in Rio Grande do Sul to join the campaign”, explains the president from ABIH-RN, Abdon Gosson.

Considering the need to reinforce response actions to the disasters that have occurred in the city of Gramado, the city hall opened a bank account with the exclusive objective of facilitating assistance actions for the population affected by the catastrophe.
