TCE-MS trains technical staff on Social Security Regulations

The training includes 50 employees of the Court of Auditors who are part of different sectors

Focusing on the qualification of civil servants, the Court of Auditors of Mato Grosso do Sul, through the Escola Superior de Controle Externo (Escoex), carries out the course – Social Security Standards for preparing analyses, opinions, decision-making documents and internal processes of the TCE- MS. The live EAD course starts this Monday (6), from 1:30 pm, and runs until May 14th.

The training includes 50 employees of the Court of Auditors who are part of the following sectors: the Division of Inspection of Personnel and Pension Acts, the Working Group on Social Security Benefits, the Public Ministry of Accounts, the offices of counselors and substitute counselors, and the Personnel Management Secretariat.

The instructor, João Araújo Magalhães Filho – Specialist in General Consulting from the Federal University of Paraíba and in Personnel Auditing, from the National School of Public Administration -, will address topics such as the Federal Constitution, the Constitution of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul, the Constitutional Amendments, transition rules, social security regimes, retirements, pensions, reforms, legal and infra-legal regulations, among others.

“The objective of the TCE-MS is to maintain excellence in the provision of judicial activity, keeping our technical staff updated on the main constitutional, legal and regulatory changes to social security”explains the general director of Escoex, advisor Marcio Monteiro.

For the president of the Court of Auditors, counselor Jerson Domingos, training is essential for improving the quality of the work carried out by the TCE-MS technical staff. “With a holistic approach, the course reflects the Court of Auditors’ commitment to transparency, efficiency and excellence in public management”ends.
