Situated with a panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the city of Palmas, the pool is strategically positioned in front of the beach. Its proximity to the lake’s waterfront will increase the feeling of continuity, perfectly integrating the pool into the water surroundings.
“By considering all the details, we sought to intensify the integration between the pool and nature. The view provided to pool goers will be expanded by the visual continuity with the lake, resulting in a harmonious integration with the landscape and the water surface. Even the choice of color for the coverings was carefully thought out to accentuate the tone of the water. This way, guests will be able to take advantage of the resort’s amenities, while enjoying the feeling of being immersed in the lake itself”, explains Jimmy Reile, responsible for Five Senses.
The infinity pool is just one of the resort’s attractions, which will also have a SPA, gym, games room, kids’ area, two swim-up bars, two restaurants, including a rooftop for haute cuisine.
Although surrounded by nature, Five Senses Resort integrates technology into its structure. With state-of-the-art interactive elevators (nine in total), equipped with high-resolution displays, through a touchscreen mirror, guests will have easy access to the restaurant menu, the weather forecast and the schedule of the resort’s attractions .
With the high temperatures in Tocantins in mind, the entire project was built using materials with high heat resistance, such as expanded vermiculite, which combined with the high-performance air conditioning system from the American brand Trane, guarantees thermal comfort and efficiency thanks to VRF technology. .
“In addition, the entire facade is 100% covered in natural stone, combining aesthetics and durability, together with travertine marble. To complete the beauty of the details, there is also the stainless steel railing”, points out Jimmy.
At the Resort, each owner is entitled to two weeks a year to use the acquired property and will also be able to take advantage of more than 3,000 Five Senses partner locations in Brazil and abroad, with emphasis on classic destinations such as Paris, Orlando and Cancún. The system helps turn an initially scarce asset into something widely accessible, like a second vacation home.
Five Senses comes into operation in the second half of this year, but owners can now enjoy the experiences through the Advantages Club, traveling to destinations such as Montevideo, Gramado, Caldas Novas, Orlando and Rome. To date, more than 110 resort customers have traveled using the service and more than 60 using the Advantages Club.

The Resort
With a shared economy model in tourist real estate multi-property, where the property is divided up and sold to different owners, who can alternate the use of the space, the project has a total area of 22,000 m² and 202 units. With one and two-bedroom apartments, duplex penthouses and different floor plan options, ranging from 36.82 m² to 69.18 m², each unit can accommodate four to six people, providing comfort and convenience to owners during their stays and expanding the hotel capacity of the space.
