The State Government calls, this Monday (6), 3,953 university students for the Partu Internship (Notice 01/2024). The list of those selected for the program is available on the Administration Secretariat website. The invited students will also receive a message via the WhatsApp application, with guidance on accessing the BA.GOV.BR website (www.ba.gov.br), where they will find all the information necessary for hiring (presentation at the agency, deadlines, documentation).

Among the 3,953 students selected, 1,726 are to fill vacancies in the capital and another 2,227 for cities in the Metropolitan Region and the interior of the State. This is the first call for Notice 01/2024, launched in March this year, with a total of 6,193 vacancies for the Partiu Internship.

Those selected for the internship position will receive a message via WhatsApp informing them of changes to their status on the BA.GOV.BR website (www.ba.gov.br). Those invited must access the website to check the procedures, deadlines and how to submit documentation.

Subsequently, the invited students must contact, via email or telephone, the Human Resources unit of the organization in which they will work. This is in the period between May 13th and 24th, 2024, for information on how to submit the required documentation.

Those selected will work in 60 state public bodies, located in 233 municipalities in Bahia. The call includes students from 123 different higher education courses, with emphasis on administration, pedagogy and law, which have the largest number of vacancies.

At the launch of the Partiu Estágio Notice, governor Jerônimo Rodrigues commented on the importance of the program for university students in Bahia. “It’s time to truly give opportunities to young people who are studying and need professional experience, to develop their skills and knowledge”, said the governor, adding: “congratulations to everyone. Let’s work together for our Bahia” .

The program also has a socio-economic nature, as it grants priority to candidates registered in the Single Registry for Social Programs of the Federal Government (CadÚnico). Priority is also given to students who completed their entire secondary education in a public school or those who studied on a full scholarship in the private network. Partiu Estágio provides for 10% of vacancies reserved for students with disabilities, as established by Federal Law No. 11,788, of September 25, 2008.

Notice 01/2024, which was launched in March this year and closed its registration in April, will still have new calls for students to fill all 6,193 vacancies. The Government’s internship program has a maximum duration of one year, with no possibility of extension, except in the case of an intern with a disability. The program has a workload of 4 hours a day and 20 hours a week.

To participate in the program, students must be at least 16 years old and reside in the state of Bahia. It is also a prerequisite to have completed 50% or more of the undergraduate course workload and must be regularly enrolled in a higher education institution with headquarters or hub located in Bahia. The undergraduate course can be in person, blended or Distance Learning (EAD).
