The first module takes place from May 6th to 10th and is aimed at professionals who work in the ombudsman offices of bodies and entities of the State Executive Branch
The State Comptroller and General Ombudsman’s Office (CGE) began, this Monday (06), another training initiative to strengthen the Ombudsman service offered by the Government of the State of Ceará to citizens. Under the title of Ombudsman Management, the course is aimed at professionals who work in the ombudsman offices of bodies and entities of the State Executive Branch.
The ombudsman coordinator, Larisse Moreira, highlights the impact of training on the service available to citizens. “Training will always be the best way to strengthen the State Ombudsman’s Offices, with the aim of increasingly providing the best service to citizens”.
The Ombudsman Management Course is made up of three fundamental modules: “Ombudsman as a Management Instrument”, “Ombudsman as a Citizenship Instrument” and “Standardization of the Ombudsman Process”. Throughout this learning period, professionals will be encouraged to offer high-quality, humanized care, adhering to the requirements established by the legislation that regulates the service.
