Authored by deputy Ana Campagnolo (PL), the proposal foresees a fine of up to R$ 10 thousand, per hour of “improper” exposure of the child or adolescent to the environment, without judicial authorization.

Weber considered this external consultation important as he understood the need to know the position of the PGE (State Attorney General’s Office) regarding the project.

By the way, the proposal provides that the infraction notice, drawn up by a responsible public agent, will be registered as an active debt of the State of Santa Catarina, and its judicial execution, under the terms of the law, will be sponsored by the members of the PGE itself.

The request will be sent by Alesc to the State Secretariat of the Civil House for forwarding to the responsible body.
