A young woman, aged 24, was found dead with gunshots to the head, inside her home, in Iguatemi (MS), this Monday (29). The victim was identified as Aline Mayara Boni.
According to the police report, Aline was shot twice in the head. Clewerson Pereira de Oliveira, the victim’s boyfriend, is considered the main suspect. Another man, who helped with the crime, is also at large.
Aline is the 15th victim of feminicide in Mato Grosso do Sul, according to statistical data from the Secretary of State for Justice and Public Security (Sejusp).
The Police investigation indicates that Clewerson fled with another suspect after the crime.
As soon as they found the victim dead, neighbors were interviewed by the police and reported seeing the suspect with a gun in his waistband, leaving Aline’s house.
The case is investigated by the Iguatemi Civil Police station.
