The installation of Digital Inclusion Points aims to promote the policy of modernization and improvement of access to justice, with a room or space in a public body in the locality, equipped with computers and cameras provided by the courts in cooperation, for access by citizens of the region. County.

According to Judge Roberto Santos Taketomi, coordinator of the project, PID – Level 2 is being implemented in cities that are not the headquarters of Districts and in rural communities, with the aim of ensuring that all citizens have equal access to justice.

“This initiative is the result of the combined efforts of several institutions of the Justice system (TJAM, TRE-AM, TRT) and partners (OAB). The PID – Level 2 will bring various public services and assistance and is synonymous with citizenship and inclusion by, in fact, specifically bringing Justice closer to the community”, states the magistrate.

In addition to expanding the use of the structure by adding other institutions, the project has other objectives, such as raising awareness about the use of resources to increase the use of services; encourage use by community residents; regularly monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of PIDs, to identify aspects for improvement; and coordinate with the institutions involved for coordinated activities.
