In the final preparations, the State makes recommendations to those who will participate in the Labor Day festivities in Rio Branco and Cruzeiro do Sul

The Acre government has been preparing the logistics so that the Workers’ Festival can be held smoothly in the state’s two largest cities. Therefore, the Security Forces are in the process of organizing so that the population can enjoy the event and have fun at the shows that will be held on Tuesday, 30th, in Cruzeiro do Sul, and on Wednesday, 1st, in Rio Branco.

In Rio Branco, the entire organizational process is under the command of the Commercial, Industrial, Service and Agricultural Association of Acre (Acisa), with the support of the State, through the Civil House, Secretariat of Tourism and Entrepreneurship (Sete), Fundação of Culture Elias Mansour (FEM), Military Police (PMAC), Military Fire Department (CBMAC), Civil Police (PCAC), Acre State Health Department (Sesacre), Acre State Traffic Department (Detran), Secretariat State of Public Security of Acre (Sejusp) and Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu).

“The entire safety process comes to help prevent accidents, manage flow and ensure that everyone can enjoy the scheme safely and calmly; We have even started assembling the entire structure of the site”, explains one of the attraction’s coordinators, João Victor Lopes.

In the capital, the event will be closed, with searches at the entrances, and the organization has 90 security guards from a private company. The PM will provide support with a total of 75 police officers during the event. In Cruzeiro do Sul, the scheme involves 50 security guards, also from a private company, in addition to more than 40 police officers providing support on the night of shows.

“As preventive measures, in order to have authorized entry into both places of the festivities, all participants will undergo a search, which will be carried out by private security agents, under the supervision of the PM”, informs Colonel PM Marta Renata Alves.

Drinks will be allowed at the event. The use of coolers and glass bottles will not be permitted.

In Cruzeiro do Sul, the event will be promoted by the Commercial and Industrial Association of Cruzeiro do Sul (Acics), in partnership with the City Hall and support from Sete, FEM, PMAC and CBMAC.

The action demonstrates the State government’s commitment to recognizing and valuing workers’ contributions to society, promoting dignity and recognition for citizens.
