Military police officers from the Independent Company of Specialized Policing (Cipe-Nordeste) arrested a man with an open arrest warrant, in the municipality of Cícero Dantas, this Sunday (28/4), after receiving a report that he was carrying a firearm and threatening people in a commercial establishment.
At the indicated location, the police identified the suspect and proceeded with the approach. During the search, according to information sent to the press by the Military Police, a 38-caliber revolver with the number shaved off was found in his waist, as well as a cell phone, six 38-caliber ammunition, a portion of cocaine and the amount of R$ 205 reais.
The detained suspect and the seized material were sent to the Ribeira do Pombal Territorial Police Station, where the incident was duly registered.
