The National Institute of Meteorology (Inmet) issued this Saturday (27) a danger alert for high temperatures in areas of MT, GO, MG, SP, PR and the entire state of MS.
The forecast is that, in these places, temperatures will be 5ºC above average between April 27th and May 1st.

Earlier, Inmet had already pointed out that temperatures will be above 30°C in almost all Brazilian capitals this weekend.
According to Climatempo, this heat wave is the result of the action of an area of high pressure, which acts as a barrier known as atmospheric blockage. This system prevents the arrival of cold fronts in the Midwest, keeping the air dry and warm and raising temperatures in the coming days.
