Rio Grande do Sul will have a Thursday of sun, clouds and rain. The weather forecast from MetSul Meteorologia indicates that throughout the day there will begin to be an exchange of air masses in the state with hot air advancing over a milder air mass, which will favor instability.
Greater presence of clouds at the beginning of the day in Rio Grande do Sul with a chance of light rain and drizzle in isolated points in different regions. During this Thursday, however, the cloudiness decreases and the sun appears in the state, but accompanied by clouds.
From afternoon to night, new areas of instability begin to act in the state of Rio Grande do Sul as they advance from Northeast Argentina with the ingress of hot air. They bring rain in different places, mainly in the Western and Northern Halves, and especially at night. In isolation, there is a risk of heavy rain with lightning and some localized thunderstorms.
The day starts off quite mild and even cold in some cities in the south and east of the state. The afternoon, however, is pleasant in most cities in Rio Grande do Sul, although it gets a little warmer in cities in the West and Center of the state.
In Greater Porto Alegre, the beginning of the day has a greater presence of clouds and localized rain may occur in Greater Porto Alegre, but throughout the period the sun appears with clouds. At the end of the day, with instability advancing from the west, instability is not going away, but it is more likely that it will rain on Friday.
The temperature in Greater Porto Alegre rises more than yesterday this Thursday, but remains pleasant. Yesterday, the capital and metropolitan region recorded highs of 24ºC, but today thermometers may indicate 26ºC to 27ºC in different cities in the metropolitan area.
