A man was arrested red-handed for storing and sharing sexual abuse content against children and adolescents. The arrest took place this Wednesday (24) and was made by the Federal Police (PF) in Ananindeua, Greater Belém, during operation Operation “KING8”.

According to the corporation, in compliance with the warrant, issued by the Ananindeua Crimes Against Children and Adolescents Court, the police found a large amount of illicit files stored on the cell phone and computer of the person being investigated.

Investigations showed that the crime was committed through a digital platform on the internet. According to the agents, the operation was called “KING8” in reference to the username and email used by the investigated to commit the crimes.

The PF also announced that the man could also be held responsible for other crimes that may be discovered by the corporation.
