The information was confirmed last Friday, the 19th, when the president of the TJ CE was at the Escola Superior da Magistratura do Ceará (Esmec) to hold an administrative meeting with judges.
At the meeting, he confirmed that the selections will take place soon.
In a note, the TJ CE revealed that proposals to reinforce the Judiciary workforce were presented. According to the court, the aim is to improve routines, in addition to promoting an increasingly faster and more efficient service to citizens.

Proposal that creates positions favors new TJ CE competition
At the end of last year, the full court approved the sending of a proposal that will create new positions. Therefore, this should favor the realization of the new TJ CE competition.
Various positions of judges will be created in various instances. However, there is also a plan to expand direct support in the performance of the core activity (process judgment) and increase the workforce.
In this way, the text of the provision provides for the increase in permanent positions of judicial analyst and judicial technician.
O The objective is to enable the implementation of the first phase of the State Judiciary’s action plan, which will replace the seconded civil servants workforce.
If approved, the text will create 136 positions68 of which were judicial technicians and 62 were judicial analysts.
Two other positions of Secretariat/Office director, two of Judicial Unit assistant – final entry and two of Legal Aid assistant will be created.

Last TJ CE competition is still valid
Held in 2023, the last TJ CE competition is still in force until 2025, with an extension for another two years.
With the expectation of a new notice, the tendency is for the validity period not to be extended.
In the previous selection, the TJ CE notice brought 50 immediate vacancies, all of them for judicial technicians, distributed between two areas. There will also be the creation of a reserve register.
To participate in the competition, you needed to have a secondary level of education. The remuneration offered at TJ CE is R$5,633.84 and the working hours are 40 hours per week.
In total, there were 35 vacancies plus registration for the Administrative area, in addition to another 15 plus registration for the Judiciary area.
