Four projects are approved in this Tuesday’s ordinary session

Parliamentarians of the Legislative Assembly of Mato Grosso do Sul (ALEMS) voted on six propositions during the Agenda this Tuesday (23). Bill 307 of 2023, authored by deputy Pedrossian Neto (PSD), which prohibits active telemarketing actions carried out by robots, bots or software programs, which perform automated, repetitive and pre-defined tasks for this purpose, goes to government sanction.

Bill 312 of 2023, by deputy Neno Razuk (PL), which establishes the Sensory Processing Disorder Awareness Campaign – TPS, within the State of Mato Grosso do Sul, also goes for sanction by the Executive Branch.

Also from Representative Neno, Bill 158 of 2023, which aims to offer, in the State’s public health network, exams and evaluation for early diagnosis of autism, and treatment for patients with the disorder and support for family members of patients with autism , was approved in the second discussion.

Already in the first discussion, Bill 60 of 2024, by Congresswoman Mara Caseiro (PSDB), was approved, which creates the State Legislative Education Day, to be celebrated annually on May 15th.
