Pee all the time? ‘Miracle’ tea improves urinary tract infection


Orthomolecular and vascular doctor Dayan Siebra shared a tip on his YouTube channel on how to alleviate the symptoms of urinary infection. According to Siebra, parsley tea can be an important ally in the treatment of these conditions, offering anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and detoxifying properties.

Tea helps with urinary tract infection symptoms

The symptoms of urinary tract infections range from the urgent need to urinate frequently, to fever, a small amount of urine eliminated with each urination, burning during urination, pain in the bladder, back and lower abdomen, in addition to blood in the urine in cases more serious.

Everyone is subject to urinary tract infections. However, it occurs more in women, because female anatomical characteristics favor its occurrence.

In her video, Siebra highlights the importance of seeking medical help when facing this problem, but also highlights that natural supplements, such as parsley tea, can be beneficial.

According to the doctor, parsley is rich in nutrients, vitamins and active compounds that can help fight urinary tract infections and also help you lose weight.

How to prepare parsley tea?

Parsley tea can be prepared with 30g of fresh or dried leaves, boiled in a liter of water. Siebra also suggests adding lemon to enhance the tea’s antibiotic properties.

It is recommended to consume the tea for up to three consecutive weeks, but Siebra warns that before starting any treatment it is always important to consult a healthcare professional.
