After the attack, another man closes the dumpster and hits the lid hard. All around, several people laugh and celebrate with the outcome of the situation.
A man with an open arrest warrant was arrested by police officers from the 16th BPM, in Copacabana, with the help of urban video surveillance technology. The incident was forwarded to the 12th DP.
