The influencer Isabel Veloso, 17 years old, who was diagnosed with terminal cancer, had her honeymoon interrupted by health problems. On April 22, she married Lucas Borbas at the church. The two had already gotten married on the 13th.

In the early hours of this Tuesday (30), she posted a photo of an oxygen cylinder and said that she had to interrupt the romantic trip with her husband for health reasons.

“The pain returned, the oxygen cannula around my nose too… I had a threat of a heart attack yesterday 04/29 due to the location of the tumor, morphine and anxiety. Everything working together…”, she explained, which reassured fans, friends and family.

“Now I’m better, as expected. I’m still at home recovering and hoping to be able to continue the honeymoon trip, which, unfortunately, was interrupted. Thank you for the messages of affection and comfort. You can rest assured now”, he concluded.

In her Instagram Stories, Isabel gave more details of what happened by publishing videos to her followers.

“Yesterday, Lucas posted a video saying that I wasn’t doing very well, because of my heartbeat, a lot of pain. And I’ll explain a little what happened: at the wedding, I was on my feet for a long time and also due to trips that I had to I also wanted to go without a wheelchair, I went overboard and I’m having to deal with the pain. Yesterday, I had screaming pain again and I took 40 mg of morphine and it didn’t help. of cannabidiol”, explained Isabel, who says she believes that the main cause is the location and growth of the tumor.

“Due to the location of the tumor – it is around my heart – it was small and stabilized, but it seems that now it is trying to show itself again. It is there and yesterday, after the pain, my heart rate went to 150 beats per minute and I was threatened with a heart attack”, he added.

“I almost couldn’t feel my arms at all, it started to squeeze my heart a lot and, suddenly, I screamed. I didn’t feel my heart for about two seconds and everything went black. There were my father and Lucas around me, and I just remember that I managed to calm down and managed to sleep”, Isabel further detailed.

“I just know that my heart is fine. I managed to stay well, even though I was ‘having a heart attack’. I’m laughing, but out of desperation. I was scared, because I wasn’t expecting it. Before I was just dealing with the pain, but now I have to deal with my heart. I went to the cardiologist and my heart is not damaged at all. I’m not taking any more treatment, just waiting for time to pass and I’m starting to have other symptoms. : Saturday (27) I was weighing 50 kg and today (29) I’m already weighing 47 kg”, she further explained.

When she was 15 years old, Isabel Veloso was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Since 2021, the young woman has undergone chemotherapy, a bone marrow transplant, among other treatments, until she was cured in November 2023. However, in January of this year the influencer’s cancer recurred, this time, much more aggressively. With a short life expectancy, Isabel had the help of an online vakinha to make some of her dreams come true, including getting married.

At the religious ceremony, Isabel expressed her vows to her fiancé and now husband.

“My love, when I was 15 years old I wrote my first vows for when I found someone. He said: ‘I don’t know the color of your eyes, your hair or what your smile is like. I don’t know what your quirks are like or what your favorite color. The only thing I know is that I’m sure you’re the right guy for me. My future love, know that there could never be someone as good for me as you, I’m looking forward to meeting you'”, he began.

You really are the right guy for my life. My love, I would never fall in love with someone the way I am with you. I love you with a strength I never imagined I could love.
