Construction of the Neonatal ICU continues at full steam

There are more than 30 years of waiting in the Neonatal ICU. The Municipality of São João da Boa Vista is committed to the construction of this unit and work is in full swing at Santa Casa Dona Carolina Malheiros.

This is an important achievement not only for the city, but for the entire region, which has been yearning for this much-needed structure to care for newborns at risk for decades.

With construction underway, the expectation is that the Neonatal ICU will soon be ready to receive premature babies and offer all necessary medical support.
