Exclusive: Mari Dutra reveals that she suffered harassment during a podcast

Have you ever thought about traveling to another state to participate in a podcast, thinking you were going to talk about work, and being harassed. Well, that’s what influencer Mariana Dutra revealed happened to her, last Tuesday (23/4), in São Paulo.

In an exclusive chat with the column, the girl revealed how everything happened and stated that she felt uncomfortable with the advances and jokes made by the Cutucast presenter, Rodrigo Bologna.

It all started even before the interview, negotiated with the fashion influencer’s advisors, began: “We scheduled it more than a month in advance and he asked me for photos on the beach, being completely inconvenient in the messages, but I didn’t respond to him in order to be the most as professional as possible”, recalled Mari.

She revealed some moments when she felt uncomfortable: “During the conversation on the podcast, I tried to talk about the subjects I work on, but I couldn’t say anything about it because I was constantly interrupted to talk about relationships and flirting. He even showed a photo of me in a bikini on cameras without my authorization,” she complained.

And he continued with his outburst: “I felt extremely uncomfortable with the behavior and the interview. It was all live and I didn’t have much of a way to get out of it,” she said.

Mari’s interview on the podcast was on air for 3 days and she received messages from acquaintances about the content: “I received several messages from friends and even my mother saying that it was a strange conversation, saying that he looked at me in a different way” , he recalled.

After recording, she said that the presenter continued to pester her, inviting her to meetings: “He said that I didn’t have to go back to Rio de Janeiro without having dinner with him, that we had to keep talking. That’s when I felt harassed once again,” she declared, before adding: “I had to ask my advisor to intervene, so that I could deal with the program’s issues only with them.”

According to Mari, after her advisor contacted Rodrigo Bologna, the interview was taken off the air without explanation: “I believe he realized how clear the harassment was in the video. I couldn’t even watch it anymore. I didn’t sign any image authorization form and he still published it. He couldn’t have even aired it”, commented the influencer.

The position of the presenter

When contacted by the column, Rodrigo Bologna stated that there was no harassment on his part, whether during, before or after the program, and that he just invited her to go to a bar where an event was taking place and just asked for a photo to see how she was doing. beach, just as a friend. Regarding the video being taken down, the presenter revealed that Mari complained about the content and, therefore, decided to hide it from the channel.

“If she felt so uncomfortable with the messages, why did she come on the podcast? We talked for 3 hours and at no point did she report feeling harassed. Furthermore, after the interview, she took more than 40 photos, spontaneously, praising the project and saying that she would even come back,” he declared.

And he continued to question: “If she didn’t want to talk to me anymore, why didn’t she complain directly to me? Why didn’t she block me on WhatsApp? Unfortunately, she wants to start a fight where there isn’t one”, he lamented.

He then said that he will file a complaint for slander, insult and defamation: “I’m going to the police station to file a police report because there was no harassment. This is a crime and she cannot accuse him without proof. I have all the conversations. She can’t try to tarnish my image,” he concluded.
