What those who take the 4-day week test in Brazil say

A week consisting of four days on and three days off. This is the reality for 21 Brazilian companies participating in an experiment that gives workers the right to work with reduced working hoursbut earning the same salary.

It took three months of preparation before the study entered the testing phase, which began in January this year. From there to here, improvements in behavior and productivity of employees are some of the first impressions of participating companies (Check out the search results below).

In Brazil, 22 companies and around 280 employees started the pilot. However, one of the organizations ended up giving up after a month of the pilot.
