This Thursday’s session (25) marks the end of the deadline for those planning to receive part of the R$ 14.2 billion in dividends approved by Petrobras (PETR4, PETR3). The state-owned company is still analyzing the distribution of another R$22 billion.

Whoever ends the day with the oil company’s shares already guarantees an amount equivalent to R$0.54 per share. The amount will be paid on May 20, 2024.

However, Petrobras’ meeting also scheduled for this Thursday (25) will also define the future of half of the company’s remaining profit in 2023, approximately R$22 billion.
