The singer Victor Alves24 years old, champion of the ninth season “The Voice Brasil”, in 2020, used his social networks to vent to his fans about his mental health. On his Instagram profile, the artist announced that he will be taking a break from his musical career and that he does not have the energy to continue performing.
“I’m going to take a break, guys. I wish I could say a lot, but I’d rather just be away. I’m not doing so well and I need this time to take care of myself. I’ve been out of the game for a long time, but I only realized that now. There’s no point in There’s nothing for me to stay here pretending to be happy or content for you. I can’t have any energy to create or sing anymore, even though it’s the thing I’ve always loved to do.”stated the artist.
“I just need to organize myself and create strength to face some situations and look for solutions. But, I’m going to reinvent myself for you. Kisses”, added the pagodeiro.
In the season aired in 2020, Victor Alves won the competition representing the technical team Iza and won the R$500,000 prize offered by the program. Last year, the pagode singer released his fourth album, titled “Seasons”.
