Chapter 132 – Saturday, 04/27/2024
Haydée is bewildered and wants to know who the woman is, but then thinks that Glauco is just running away from his family’s problems. Glauco confesses to Laerte that he is in love with a friend of Raíssa. Laertes advises him to return home. Raíssa tells Haydée that she will like it if Glauco has a lover, because that way her mother will know what it’s like to be betrayed.
Lurdinha accuses Glauco of still being involved with Nina and says she will only accept him when he is completely free. Irene tells Pimenta that Alex has become a partner of Glauco and Laerte, and that he is dating Raíssa. Glauco arranges a dinner with Nina, who is all prepared for the occasion. Helinho invites Mari out. Creusa tells Feitosa that she has never dated.
Feitosa is moved by Creusa’s purity. Mazé tries to get Zé Higino to talk about the woman he was in love with, but he avoids it. Miss Jane tells Tony that she has already left a great love behind. The medium of the spiritualist session gives Tião a message from Acácio: the Bandido ox will make them meet again, and that the pawn will still suffer because of a woman he knows from other lives. Tião still doesn’t know whether or not he should ride Bandido.
Ellis runs away from Neuta’s house in the middle of the night, leaving Sinvalzinho behind. Ed tells Sol that, before his arrival, his life was boring. Sol asks Ed if he would like her under any circumstances, and he says yes. Rique arranges to meet Bill before traveling. Inesita sneaks out of the pension. Ellis leaves Neuta a note where he says he left because he couldn’t stand seeing so many women after Júnior. Neuta is delighted.
Mazé tells Zé Higino that he will have to go to court to have a confrontation with Geninho. Laerte gives Geninho money so he can deny Mazé’s story. Glauco tells Nina that their relationship is over.
