It was only necessary to sing these words to make Carlinhos Brown turn his chair on The Voice Kids in 2023. The firm and in-tune timbre soon made the other judges also turn their chairs to not only listen, but see whose vocal power was. One of the boy’s dreams came true. Wellington Pedroresident of Mafra, in the north of Santa Catarina.

About a year after joining the Rede Globo program, he continues with music, a passion nurtured since childhood, when he received a toy accordion at the age of five. “I was developing, learning, getting a taste for the instrument”, he said when participating in the podcast Talk More – produced and distributed by West More – last week (watch the end of the text).

Regarding participating in The Voice, Wellington said that he had always watched the program since he was little and the attraction was even one of the inspirations for him to start singing. “I always had this dream of being on TV one day, and The Voice was the realization of that dream.”
