Organization awards main card highlights with ‘Performance of the Night’ bonus at UFC Vegas 91

Four highlights from the main card of UFC Las Vegas 91, held this Saturday (27), they returned home with full pockets. The Brazilian Jonathan Diniz and athletes Uros Medic, Alex Perez and Bodgan Guskov won the ‘Performance of the Night’ award and received a bonus of US$50,000 (around R$256,000). The organization did not award any of the 13 clashes ‘Fight of the Night’.

Making his debut in the organization, the Brazilian Jonathan Diniz did not take notice of the North American Austen Lane, resisted his rival’s good first round and scored a spectacular knockout in the second round. Opening the main card, Uros Medic debuted in the welterweight division with a victory using the same method over the experienced Tim Means.

Zebra in bookmakers, the former flyweight challenger Alex Perez had a safe performance against the Brazilian Matheus Nicolau and knocked out the Nova União athlete in the second round, imposing the second consecutive defeat on the Tupiniquim using the same method. In the co-main event, the Uzbek Bogdan Guskov withstood the initial momentum of the veteran Ryan Spann and also knocked out his opponent in the second half.
