The first round of Series B of the 2024 Brazilian Championship ended on Tuesday night with Brusque’s 3-1 victory over Mirassol. O Santos debuted last Saturday with a 2-0 victory over Paysandu, in Vila Belmiro and ended the round in third place, with three points gained and a balance of two.
The round ended with 27 goals scored in ten matches, an average of 2.7 goals per game. We had six home wins, three draws and just one away victory, for Sport against Amazonas.
The second round starts on Friday with four games, one of them the clash between Hawaii and Santos, in Ressacada, and ends only in the second with the confrontation between Mirassol and Ceará.
