Ana Paula Renault detonates ‘mismatched information’ in Davi’s action for RS

Davi Brito, champion of BBB 24, is giving money to the victims of the floods affecting Rio Grande do Sul. Through social media, the ex-brother asked for donations to be made to his personal PIX and was criticized by the former BBB of Minas Gerais Ana Paula Renault for presenting “mismatched information” to her followers and not explaining how she would account for the amounts donated, proving that they were converted to benefit the people of Rio Grande do Sul.

“Very inconsistent information. It publishes its own pix and does not talk about accountability. He’s going as a volunteer and doesn’t know where. He said that he got round-trip tickets from a company, now he claims that he was the one who bought it and that there is no way back”, commented Ana Paula in a publication about Davi’s action. The Bahian revealed he already had received more than R$70 thousand in donations and it is traveling towards Rio Grande do Sul.

“I really don’t understand. The cities in the south have their entire infrastructure shaken, rationing water, food, everything. Going there without being part of the volunteer program will only disrupt the region even more”, continued the Minas Gerais native. Still through the publication, Ana Paula released a link with guidance for people who intend to volunteer to help victims of the floods in RS.

Davi Brito’s mobilization for RS

Through social networks, Davi asked followers to help with donations and also announced other actions in favor of the victims of the natural disaster. “Send PIX, send PIX. Total mobilization, let’s do our best, total mobilization, take as much water as possible to Canoas, it’s needed. Help in any way, this is the time to unite,” he said in a video recorded when he was already traveling towards RS.

In less than 24 hours, the ex-brother has already reported having received R$72,625.20, as he shared this Wednesday morning (8). The amount was partially converted into the purchase of water bottles and proven to Davi’s followers through an invoice also published on social media, with the value of R$41,880. After being criticized, the Bahian explained that he would carry out, through invoices, an accounting for the donors.

Floods in RS

The Civil Defense of Rio Grande do Sul updated, also this Wednesday (8), to 100 the number of dead due to the storms that affected 80% of the state. The most recent bulletin also points out that there are other deaths under investigation, while 120 people were also reported missing and around 372 injured.
