The Joca case

The dog died on Monday (22) during a failure in air transport by Gollog, a company owned by the airline Gol. A golden retriever, he was supposed to be taken from Guarulhos International Airport (SP) to Sinop (MT), where his owner was waiting for him, but he ended up in Fortaleza. After realizing the error in his destination, he returned to Guarulhos, but arrived dead.

Family accuses Gol of negligence. ”Look here, my son’s dog, he left to go to Sinop, an irresponsible person sent him to Fortaleza, not happy, they sent him back without any evaluation from a veterinarian, the dog is in here, dead. They killed a 4-year-old Golden,” reported Marcia Martin.

The São Paulo Public Security Secretariat highlighted that an investigation has been launched and that the police “continue to listen to those responsible for logistics”. “It analyzes images to identify who was responsible for the animal’s death and elucidate the facts. Details will be preserved to guarantee the autonomy of police work.”
