The Department of Education (Seduc), in partnership with the Regional Electoral Court (TRE), will carry out until May 6th, a task force to issue voter registration cards for students enrolled in the 3rd year of high school who turn 18 years in 2024 and who do not yet have the document.
The measure aims to prevent the student from being prevented from taking up the vacancy obtained at the time of enrollment, upon passing SISU 2025 and other entrance exams, due to not having the degree.
The service points will be distributed in the Giga Mall, Jóquei, Riomar Papicu and Riomar Kennedy shopping malls, in addition to the TRE headquarters, with transport available every day, serving a total of 40 schools in Greater Fortaleza.
The initiative is part of the Democracy Friendly School action and last Wednesday (24), the day the activity began, 256 titles were issued to students from the teaching units: Escola de Ensino Médio em Tempo Integral (EEMTI) Lions Jangada, EEMTI Antônio Bezerra, EEMTI Deputy Paulo Benevides, Liceu de Messejana, EEMTI Maria Thomásia, EEMTI Professor Maria Antonieta Cals and High School (EEM) Professor Diva Cabral.
This Thursday (25), EEMTI São José dos Arpoadores (Riomar Kennedy), EEM José de Alencar (Shopping Giga Mall), EEM Arquiteto Rogério Froes (Riomar Papicu) and EEM Santo Amaro (North Shopping Jóquei) will be served.
This Friday (26), the service will bring together students from the following teaching units: EEMTI Monsenhor Dourado, EEM Luiza Távora Promorar, EEMTI Dom Antônio de Almeida Lustosa and the State School of Professional Education (EEEP) Ícaro de Sousa Moreira de Sousa.
