Correios began the process to hire the organizing committee for the state-owned public tender. The company published, on Tuesday, 23, on its website, the notice letter for interested institutions to participate in the process, as long as they prove they have the required qualification requirements.
The supporting documentation and the economic proposal must be sent to the notice letter email by May 7th.
The Correios competition must have two notices – one for medium level (Post Office Agent position) and another for higher level (Post Office Analyst position). The forecast is that the higher education notice will bring vacancies for the specialties of Lawyer, Systems Analyst, Social Worker and Engineer, in order to meet the need identified by the company’s initial surveys. The number of vacancies is being defined.

Holding the public competition is one of the commitments assumed by the current management and is the result of the joint effort of the company and the federations representing employees during the negotiations on the Collective Labor Agreement. Furthermore, it is a measure to strengthen the state-owned company, which was removed from the privatization list by President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva on his first day in government.
Specific contest
Correios finalized the hiring of the American Development Institute (IADES) to hold a specific competition for the area of occupational health and safety. The next steps will be the preparation of the notice, as well as the survey of vacancies and test locations, among others.
