On April 10, the Paulo Jacinto Water Treatment Plant (ETA) will undergo preventive maintenance carried out by the Alagoas Sanitation Company (Casal). This measure is essential to ensure the continued production of quality water in the region.

Maintenance will consist of cleaning the ETA’s filters and decanters, being a periodic procedure necessary to ensure that the treated water meets established potability standards. The work will begin at 8 am and is expected to be completed by 5 pm on the same day.

During the maintenance period, the water supply system in Paulo Jacinto will be inactive, which could cause an irregular supply. However, as soon as the work is completed, Casal will restore the functioning of the system, resuming the supply of quality water to the population.

Verde Alagoas, the company responsible for water distribution in the municipality, will count on Casal’s support to ensure that the residents of Paulo Jacinto have access to drinking water on a regular basis.

It is important to highlight the importance of this type of preventive maintenance, which aims to ensure the quality and safety of water supply for the population. Casal reaffirms its commitment to the health and well-being of Alagoas residents, ensuring the provision of essential services in an efficient and responsible manner.
