According to a recent study carried out by Kantar Worldpanel, it revealed data on the consumption of frozen meals in Latin America, highlighting substantial growth in Brazil, with a significant percentage, reaching 61% of consumption. Most notably, at least 20% of Brazilians frequently consume frozen foods.

Furthermore, the research reveals that class B is the largest consumer of frozen meals in Brazil, representing 43% of the total. Next, class C accounts for 34% of total consumption, indicating that the appeal of frozen meals extends across different social strata.

Because of this, companies dedicated to producing healthy frozen food are investing in fresh ingredients, carefully crafted recipes and sustainable packaging to offer consumers a convenient and nutritious alternative.

“Our goal is to make it easier for people to maintain healthy eating habits, even in the midst of a busy lifestyle,” said Pedro Semeoni, CEO of Greentable, a company located in São Paulo, which is known for producing natural frozen food dishes , without artificial flavors and preservatives.

With demand for healthy and convenient food options on the rise, healthy frozen food continues to gain prominence as a choice among consumers seeking convenience without compromising nutrition.

“We believe that frozen food can be an important part of a balanced diet, as long as it is prepared with quality ingredients and care,” said Pedro

It is worth noting that, contrary to the common perception that frozen food is synonymous with processed and unhealthy foods, frozen food can offer meals that are prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, without compromising taste or nutrition.
