Fans line up at the stadium doors and sell out tickets online for Bruno Mars’ concert in Brazil

General public ticket sales for the Bruno Mars show in Brazil, in October, started this Wednesday (May 8) and have already guaranteed great emotions for fans who want to see the North American artist up close. In less than an hour, the tickets available for online sale at the São Paulo shows were sold out.

On network X, formerly Twitter, the anticipation of purchasing tickets led to memes. Several fans were unable to secure tickets for the performances, which had a typical demand for large foreign shows in Brazil. Hundreds of people continued to queue online when tickets were already sold out.

“A must buy this ticket for Bruno Mars, my God”, wrote a fan on the X network.

Another also regretted not having completed the purchase:

“I’ve already accepted that I didn’t have a ticket to the Bruno Mars show.”

At the stadium doors, hundreds of fans brave the heat and also gather to purchase in person in kilometer-long queues. There are reports of people who arrived in line on Tuesday (07) and waited more than 17 hours at the entrance to Engenhão, in Rio de Janeiro.

In Brasília, the city that hosts the singer’s last show, images shared on social media show crowded queues and fans with umbrellas to protect themselves from the sun. The situation is no different around the MorumBIS stadiums, in São Paulo.

Bruno Mars, affectionately known as Bruninho by Brazilians, performs in Brazil in October, with four major shows in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Brasília. The performances take place on October 4th, at the Nilton Santos Stadium (RJ), October 8th and 9th, at the MorumBIS Stadium (SP), and on October 17th, Bruno sings at the BRB Mané Garrincha Arena, in Brasília.
