Son of boxer Popó, Juan Freitas shared a statement on his Instagram to his boyfriend Lucas Freitas after a trip to Praia do Forte, in Bahia.

“Beautiful, without you my world doesn’t turn, it flips over”, declared Juan in a carousel of photos published by his beloved last weekend. At 24 years old, the young man is about to graduate in medicine while Lucas has been working as a lawyer for three years.

In February this year, Lucas took advantage of his father’s victory in a fight against ex-BBB Kleber Bambam, to thank Popó for the support and acceptance he received when his sexuality became public.

“When, during my adolescence, my right to ‘come out’ was violated, without my permission and consent, in the greatest moment of pain and uncertainty in my life, he welcomed me like no one else and didn’t turn his back when I needed it the most, fulfilling your obligation to love and respect me regardless of anything”, he declared.
