In records shared on her social network, she appears throwing flowers on the grave, kissing a tattoo with the artist’s face and saying that she would rather have died in his place. “I wish I had gone in her place,” she wrote on Instagram.
MC May and Anderson Leonardo’s relationship was marked by controversy. In 2021, the transsexual funk singer publicly accused the singer of rape, but he vehemently denied the allegations. “I don’t need to rape anyone, no. I don’t,” he said, revealing at the time that he was bisexual.

MC May was prevented by Anderson Leonardo’s family from attending the wake, last Sunday (28), at the Jardim da Saudade cemetery, in Sulacap, in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro. “His family didn’t let me go to the wake, I would really like them to accept me. Today is the worst day of my life, not being able to say goodbye to the person I once loved. I wanted to give him one last kiss, a goodbye”, vented.
On her Instagram, MC May also said that she had confirmed her intention to attend Anderson’s farewell:
“Everyone is sending me messages. Thank you for your affection and compassion, my condolences to the family too. I’m very sad, I don’t even know what to do, what to say. Anderson was very special in my life. I want to go to the funeral, yes , even if I have to put a thousand security guards”, he said.
