Although the series Baby Reindeer do not reveal the true identity of the stalker Martha, the woman who inspired the character decided to reveal her name and face on her own — in addition to speaking publicly about the series. At 4 pm (Brasília time) this Thursday (9), Fiona Harvey tells “her side of the story” to presenter Piers Morgan.

The interview will be made available in full on Morgan’s YouTube channel. Known as a controversial figure in the United Kingdom, he promises to test many of the 58-year-old lawyer’s statements, who has already threatened Netflix with a defamation lawsuit.

Real-life Stalker was “challenged” by Piers Morgan

According to the Daily Record, the interview that has not yet been shown will bring a tone of challenges in many moments. The website states that Fiona was not happy with the tone of the conversation thanks to questions about his true intentions in relation to Richard Gadd, creator and main actor of the series.

She described her interactions with Morgan as a “real fight” in which she tried to prove her point.

“There was a lot of emphasis on the emails I supposedly sent. I have my own ideas about this, which I would like to keep to myself, but I’m not happy. He [Morgan] was too quick to try to trip me [nas respostas]. He did it quickly to catch me off guard,” she said.

Among the topics covered in the interview is the way in which the stalker’s identity was publicly revealed to the world and what she considers to have been the true story, in which Gadd would be the real culprit.

“People need to know what’s going on. I’ve never been to prison. I don’t know where those four years and nine months of sentence came from. None of that happened. It’s a bunch of nonsense. Gadd needs to prove that I was arrested. This is all fabrication and hyperbole.”

It is worth noting that Fiona is just one of the women who claims to have served as inspiration for Martha in Baby Rena. At the end of April, a person who preferred to remain anonymous told the Daily Mail that the comedian was the real stalker and that the Netflix series was just the most recent attempt to disrupt his life.

Until now, Gadd did not comment on the women’s statements. who have publicly identified themselves as the inspirations for Martha. In interviews, he states that he wants to preserve his stalker’s real identity and that he considers the problems he had with her to be completely resolved.
